We and our honeybees strive to bring to you the highest quality products at affordable prices. Our Nevada honey is 100 percent pure Nevada wildflower honey with nothing added. In fact, we keep honey produced at each bee yard separate from honey produced from another bee yard to preserve quality and taste of honey produced in different locations of the Sierra Foothills.
After the harvesting and extraction from the honeycombs, the honey passes through a screen to remove particulate matter such as chunks of wax and proplis.
Halleluyah Honey's pure Nevada honey comes from a rainbow of flower species found east of the Sierra Mountains. We have 100 honeybee colonies to date covering Carson City, Douglas and Lyon County, Nevada.
To create our honey, our honeybees collect nectar from hundreds of wildflower, shrub, and tree species such as white clover, crimson clover, white and yellow sweet clover, vetch, alfalfa and numerous other wild and ornamental wildflowers.
