This Mediterranean style roof is extremely lightweight weighing just 1.32 lbs per sq. ft. there's no need for structrual reinforcement as required with caly or cement roof products. Unlike these other common roofing materials, tile also the best choice in earthquake prone areas. Our tile has an interlocking feature which improves a homes rigidity incase an earthquake should occur. It is manufactured using strong 26 gauge steel which is Class A fire rated.
